Suffolk Plant Heritage
We are an active group of over 200 members, from enthusiastic amateur to horticultural professionals. Suffolk Plant Heritage is passionate about supporting the Plant Heritage course of ‘Conservation Through Cultivation’. Our regular events and new propagation programme enable us to achieve this with the help and support of our dedicated members and collection holders.
Suffolk Plant Heritage runs two annual plant fairs in conjunction with Helmingham Hall. The fairs attract over 1000 visitors and offer a wide selection of plants and garden products from over 40 exhibitors. Our next fair is Sunday 18th September. We are offering a free bag of bulbs for the first 750 visitors. For more information on the event visit the Plant Fair page.
National Plant collections are an important part of Plant Heritage and its conservation work. Suffolk is proud to have thirteen fantastic collections, held by very enthusiastic and dedicated collection holders.
